Your Journey: Six Steps to Success
We want to make sure that you know what to expect when applying for a role with us!

Step 1 Application
Please submit your application through the job advertised. If you are applying for a WFH role, we aim to send you a technical specification link to check your device within 1 working day but at peak times (October-November) this may be slightly longer.

Step 2 (WFH) Technical Specification Check on own device
To WFH you need a suitable device. We do not support any Apple devices. You will run a check on your machine for required CPU and RAM and Windows 10/11. As well as letting us know you have a headset and webcam and ethernet cable and suitable internet speed to work from home. Once we have this information submitted, we can check the reports and inform you if your device is suitable or not. This takes 1-2 working days dependent on number of roles available.

Step 3 Screening Check
This is a video call sent over by the recruitment team here at Woven! It lasts no more than 30 minutes and runs through basic background checks and role related questions as well as a review of shift timings and salary available.

Step 4 Online Skills Assessment (Test Gorilla)
Occasionally, a role will require an online skills assessment to be completed. This will be sent through Test Gorilla, and on average takes around 30-40 minutes to complete. This will allow us to benchmark the skills you have against the role and ensure the skills required are met.

Step 5 Interview
You will then get to have an interview with one of our Hiring Managers for the role available. This will again be a video invite, with usually is for 30-45 minutes and will be role competency based so please come prepared with examples of similar work and situations you have been with. Don’t forget to bring a bit of personality along with you, we enjoy a good conversation and an insight to you as a person!

Step 6 Sign the offer and get started!
The best bit! Once offered, you will receive a Right to Work check which needs verifying (takes up to 24 hours once submitted). Once done, we will issue your contract for signing, and once signed, we will get you set up on a Woven email and logins. If you are Working from Home, you will get an email a few days before starting with information on how to download and install our virtual desktop (Secure Remote Worker) on your device, and for those in office, you will be told who will meet you on site on Day One.

Our FAQ's.
Absolutely! Pop an email over to WovenPeople@wearewoven.com with your query and your name and start date and they will be more than happy to help you out.
Our dress code policy can be found in CIPHR, under Company Documents, but essentially it’s business casual please. Smart (not ripped) jeans are fine. No shoes without a back on (i.e. flip flops). No suggestive images or slogans. No caps or hats. Should cover the normal questions for you, but if in doubt – don’t wear it.
You sure can, however unless anything has been pre-agreed at recruitment stage and signed off, you cannot request any holiday within the first 4 weeks of joining Woven (specific alternatives can be spoken about with your line manager). You will accrue holiday allowance throughout the financial year (from April to March), and it will be pro-rota on your account reflective of your start date in the year.
This will usually be sent twice – once on a Friday afternoon, and again on the Monday morning. If you didn’t sign your contract by the Friday before starting, this means you will need to wait for the invite to come through again on the Monday morning. If you haven’t received it by 8.45am on the Monday morning, please email WovenLearning@wearewoven.com for any training support
